Nice to meet you—I’m Nav! I am a motion and graphic designer born and raised in Hawai’i and currently living in Washington.

My intention is to create work using classic design principles to elevate brands and attract eyes with carefully crafted information hierarchies and color choices. On a deeper level, my design lends itself to humanist thinking and a belief that great design doesn’t just move the needle on marketing conversions—but allows people to connect emotionally.

Growing up, my passion for creating and learning stemmed from a desire to understand appreciate the many cultures that make Hawai’i the “melting pot” of the Pacific. At the University of Washington, I received a B.A in Anthropology, which helped inform my human-centered design ethos. Additionally, I have continued to hone my skills through taking courses in 3D design, receiving a Project Management Certificate of Accomplishment and Bellevue College, and by working on an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Digital Media Arts.

My goal is to craft stories with design that move people to feel, think and explore.
